Your email address will be stored for the purpose of communicating with you about your purchase, notifying you of your shipment with your UPS tracking number,and for future use to notify you of any promotions,sales or events related to the items on our website. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list,and/or receive these promotional notices, you can click the "Opt Out" button within the promo email sent, or you can notify us directly via email:

Transactions
Payment is due at time of order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All orders are processed via Square,and your receipt will be sent via email. If payments fail to be received,your order will not ship and may be cancelled.
We may need to request further information or identification for any credit card purchases you place with us. We reserve the right to refuse an order placed with us if we do not receive the necessary information,or if your credit card declines. In the event your credit card will not run,or we need additional information,we will make every attempt to contact you before we cancel the order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday,excluding Holidays, via UPS. Shipping costs listed online are ESTIMATES only, and may vary depending on value of item{s} and where it is being shipped. All remote locations, such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have additional costs. Once an item has shipped, we cannot cancel the order,and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We do not take International orders on our website at this time. Please email us directly with your inquiries: info@janehollingerjewelry.com. International orders are shipped either Fed-Ex Global or USPS{post} express.
